I cancelled a booking made using 120k miles, it asked for 450 CAD cancellation fee, i paid it using my credit card but they charged 600 CAD to my card, i am not able to contact them in any way, the call never gets connected, how can i solve this? also they had to refund me 120k miles but i received only 80k miles refund
