Some of my favourite license plates - as well as plates I am looking for.

Just before I start, I am looking for the following plates:
• Luxembourg plates, doesn’t matter which, preferably a lot. I’d like some more custom ones with only digits.
• American license plates with animals - again, I don’t mind which, just as long as they have animals.
• African plates, specifically from the Sahel region but any part of Africa would be great.
• European plates from the following countries
: Andorra, Gibraltar, Denmark, Norway, estonia and Finland (preferably bulk), Bulgaria, balkan nations, faroes.

Thanks! If you have any, let me know and we can arrange a trade deal or I could buy! Only from people located in the UK or EU.

(1.) Morocco metal license plate - 1956 series - code 60 is from Sidi Kacem. Bought for £40. Private/passenger plate.

(2.) Saudi Arabia metal truck license plate - 1972 - 1981 series. Bought for around £80.

(3.) Argentina metal license plate from Santa Fe. Pretty sure it’s 1959-1962 Private/passenger plate. Bought for £15.

(4.) Fiji metal license plate from 1976.

(5.) Canadian license plate from the Northwestern territories. Battered condition, still awesome though!

(6.) Here starts my small but growing American animal related license plate collection. This is a Maine vacationland license plate with a lobster. Sent from a nice guy in america ;)

(7.) Montana bear graphic license plate, advertising the grizzly and wolf discovery centre, bought for roughly £20.

(8.) Another Montana graphic plate representing the local wildlife. Super cool! Bought for £20.

(9.) A fourth Montana graphic license plate representing the spay neuter task force. Really awesome, probably my favourite out of all the graphics.

(10.) A fourth awesome Montana graphic plates advertising the vitalground.org website. A cool grizzly bear on the background!

(11.) A new Hampshire license plate with a deer on the left. Unsure of the date, however it is truly awesome.

(12.) Ending the American series, we start with my favourite license plate in my entire collection, Fürstentum Liechtenstein! I payed £250 for this, and as seen in the right of the plate, it is from the year 1993.

(13.) Here we have my second favourite license plate in my entire collection, it is a modern Åland islands license plate. I love how the flag is included in the plate. I traded lots of plates for this, XD

(14.) Here we have a Malta license plate, presumably a custom plate due to the small sized country band in the top left. This is a japanese sized and styled plate, super awesome. Traded this for an Iceland.

(15.) Here we have a damaged principality of Andorra license plate. Bought for €20 from Willhaben.

(16.) Penultimately, we have a Jersey license plate, presumably an old one, located in the channel islands. Bought for £30.

(17.) Lastly, we again have one of my favourite license plate in my collection! A license plate from the channel islands of Alderney, as shown by the AY registration. I like how it has a Guernsey flag band. Got for free from a garage in Guernsey!

I hope you enjoyed looking through my plates.

Looking for any davvisámegiella resources

Hi everyone. I hope this post is allowed here.

My name is Tommy, and i’m currently learning several languages (German, Finnish, Luxembourgish, and Davvisámegiella)

Sadly, especially with luxembourgish and Davvisámegiella, and because of my location (United Kingdom) there are next to no resources to aid me with learning these languages.

Therefore, I’m asking if anyone in Norway would be able to send me any information sheets, Brochures, tourism sheets, transportation timetables, or absolutely anything printed in any sapmi language, preferably Davvisámegiella.

I’d be more than happy to pay any postage fees, or send something similar to you in English!

I hope you all have a great day!

Hi. Looking for brochures, information sheets, or any physical material printed in Luxembourgish

Hi, sorry if similar things have been asked multiple times, or if this post isn’t allowed.

I have been learning Luxembourgish for a couple weeks now, as i want to surprise some of my family friends who live in the Redange area. Sadly, because of my location (United Kingdom), there really aren’t many resources for me to use other than a dictionary in my local library.

I was wondering if anyone in Luxembourg or the surrounding areas could get some information sheets, brochures, cheap books, or literally any printed material written in Luxembourgish. I learn much better with physical work, and i like to annotate what i’m reading in order to learn new words.

I’ve already emailed a couple dozen agencies in and around Lux, some of whom have said they will be sending a package, however most of whom said they don’t have any printed material written.

I’m MORE than happy to pay for any shipping costs, so just let me know if necessary.

For anyone curious, i’m currently learning German, Finnish, Daavasagmiella (I always spell it wrong), and most recently, Luxembourgish. If you have any resources in these languages as well, i’d be more than happy to accept it.

Thanks so much everyone!
