I think a good setting would be following a High School teacher that's not very well liked somehow finds a null zone within the school somewhere after hours. The complex copying the school/students memories I think would be an interesting angle. Thoughts?

Has anyone else seen the parallels between the Plate Gate and the Southern Oracle from The Neverending Story? The bolts of lightening as you approach and the image of Sam seeing himself in the "mirror" like Atreyu? I'm not sure if anyone else is feeling this comparison/parallels knowing how much Kojima wears other stories influence on his sleeve? Anyone else have thoughts on this?
