Will i grow taller at 18 years , i am 172 cm and am an Indian from southern part
i am 18.2 , male , father 172 cm , mother 170 cm , don't know which puberty state i am in but I am 172 cm , don't have full beard yet , I had grown 1 cm from 17.5 to 18 maybe , my osgoord schlatler bump became bigger at age 17.8 , my mother's small brother is 180cm, is tarted puberty maybe 15 i don't really know , he ate lots of eggs and milk beef in his childhood , i mostly had low protein, low zinc , low magnesium, low calcium with vit d deficiency, low iron , breathing issues, underbite , cheekbones deficiency, I had very light moustache at 15-16.8 then from 17 i had more darker moustache, at 15 I was 168cm , my weight was 49 kg then when I turned 17 I started going to gym and became 53 kg , then I became 55 kg at 17.5 at 171 cm , my diet was mostly carbs tho was very lean with viens in arms and all and abs always visible, armpit hair came at 15.8 years, I noticed heavy genital hair at age 15, before 15 it was just starting to develop, i didn't notice or keep track of testicular size , no chest hair like very little , hair is now starting to grow in finger slowly but still light , had high cortisol during my 17s, i had high libido since 13, i don't if I can grow any more right now as I have a well developed jawline tho not a good maxilla right now I am eating a good diet with lots of protein fats , and also taking nutrition supplements of good forms , I looked like a child in my 15s 16s due to all these facial problems at 17 i had undergone braces and rapid palate expansion which improved by maxilla and cheekbones , also my voice is very wierd and corny tho it is deep but like i have lisp sometimes, like i just wished I had know about nutrition and all these stuff earlier during my growth period when I was wasting time everyday , my parents also didn't know about nutrition and thought eggs were bad and cow milk was inflammatory , like i feel havey regret, now i just want to will i grow taller , i am not in a position for getting xrays will be getting them soon someway
