Hello, I'm new to gym started last week and only been twice so far, I am 5 foot 8ish and weigh roughly 72kg ish. Today I properly started with 4 sets of 8 of 16kg shoulder press and 2 sets of 8 134kg calf raises, and I'm wondering if that good for my age and what I should do now?

I am not sure why it says 0 RPM for the AIO fans as they are indeed plugged in and are spinning...

I am facing high temperatures, on idle I'm at like 55'c and I am wondering how I can fix this. I have plugged both the AIO fans into a splitter then into the CPU fan header and the LCD fan header into the CPU_AIO header on my motherboard. I have also set my pump to 100% in the bios but to not prevail it is still quite hot.

Is there a way of making how do I make it smaller? From yesterday it was normal now today it is big and when I make 9:16 videos with it is visible on the video

Hello, I recently sold an item to my friend for £40 he bought it off ebay and he chose the collection option, he gave me the code I entered it all and now it says I have to wait 15 days for my funds to be released. It says funds on hold will be released 26th June (as of 12th June now but I sold it yesterday, so 15 days). I am a completely new seller, is this why its on hold for 15 days and is there anyway of getting my funds faster as my friend has received it and has also given me a good review. My main question is that is this a 1 off or will it happen every time until i reach the minimum of £150 to get my funds faster?

I just bought a BT mini V2 and I'm getting horrendously slow speeds... I have no idea why it's slow both the lights are blue, can someone help me please
