Regina's cursed love

I hate how the show introduces Robin Hood as if he was always intended to be Regina's soulmate/endgame then they just kill him off. This is actually pure rage bait. Tink hyped him up so much too, like they were destined to be together for life, and then boom he dies, just like Daniel.

After all she went through with Daniel, creating a whole dark curse to avenge his death, ruining countless lifes... then she meets her REAL soulmate to finally get a chance to start fresh, and he just dies, in another heartbreaking way.

The writers really made it so shes just doomed to be forever alone. And even in season 7....okay this was just ridiculous at this point, but she has something going with Dr Facilier, and thennnnn you guessed it, they kill him too!

She seriously can't catch a break and it just becomes irritating by the end of the series 😭

Few questions about bont parkflows

My sizing came out to 5 and I'm a woman's size 7 in shoe usually. Is this normal? I'm aware bont sizing is odd but I see a lot of size 7 women getting anything from 3.5 to 4.5, so double checking, cause I am just barely a size 5 with thicker socks (I'll be wearing these while skating).

Also, if I am buying the 5, what size slide blocks should I be getting? Some of the sizing charts are down on the website so I can't find any info on this.

And should I be purchasing the bont grind trucks since I will be using slide blocks? I thought I read somewhere that wide trucks are necessary if you are using them.

Alternative options to bont parkflows for park skating?

I want to get into aggressive park skating, so fast skate, jumps, drop-ins, grinds, etc. I liked the idea of getting bont parkflows at first, but reading a bit deeper, there seems to be some issues with them that I've read such as the kingpins breaking during drop ins, the cushioning being bad, loose wheel troubles, and people changing wheels in general. These aren't extreme let downs by themselves, because they can be fixed by customizations, but it starts to get super pricey when I start to account for these things including buying the extra stuff I'll need like grind blocks. After calculating this stuff, it ends up being around $800 CAD. Can't find them second hand either. I would prefer not to spend over $400 and metal plates are a must.

If this belongs in megathread, sorry and feel free to take this down.

Am I doing something wrong? Amp won't make sound (more in description)

Don't mention the volume of the amp being at zero cause I tried putting both the knobs up and still sound. Also my guitar volume knob is up too. 100% no loose cables and everything is plugged in and my power bar (with surge protection) is on. Only thing I'm a little worried about is if the 1/4 inch cable I'm using is not actually a speaker cable, but people here said it was so idk. Using all the cables they provided. This is my first time using a cabinet and amp head so I'm not used to all this.

Best place for 80s spiral perm in Vancouver?

Need lots of volume/and big defined coils. My hair is pretty long and not thin so looking for a salon that can work with that. I would feel best if I had an alternative stylist or a stylist who has been doing hair since the 70s/80s. I checked out East Vanity Parlour and I'm considering them, but just checking around for other options as well. Thanks !

Its at 2.25mm on the 12th fret. This is where I ended up for the string buzz on the 1st fret to lessen the most. If I feel the need to go higher than this, does that mean the buzz is more-so a truss rod related issue? Just checking if anyone has there 7 string at like 2.5mm or 2.75mm or if mine is too high already.

Vintage Dominion Esprit from the 1980s.

I usually skate at skateboard parks or smooth grounds outside. I love going fast and I am aiming to learn lots of tricks and jumps. I do see these have metal plates which is why I have some hope for them in the long run. Just not sure about the wheels. I really like the style of these though. I've tested this exact pair in the past, but I don't want to commit to buying my own because I have never tried others, so I have no solid opinion on how "well" these actually are outside compared to other skates. Any insight would be great. Thanks !
