I’m on a repayment plan with Klara (£360) and i can’t afford it this month and had an email saying “pay now to avoid the risk of being sent to a debt collection agency” does this mean if i don’t pay this month they’ll have people knocking at my door?

My game isn’t necessarily crashing but I was just playing and when I saved my game (I mostly do building I rarely play the game itself) after building some townhouses it just stuck on the “saving game” screen, the motif was still moving so it wasn’t frozen as such, but it just wouldn’t leave that screen after like 40 mins, so I force closed the game (lost all of my build progress 💔) and restarted, however now I’ve tried to place a shell that I want to decorate and it’s stuck on the building loading page, again motif still animated but just not progressing any further than that. Has anyone else had this issue? What’s the fix?
Is there a reason people don’t confirm receipt or orders? All of this pending balance is from things that were delivered yesterday but because nobody has confirmed they’ve got it I can’t get the money 😭 i’m so broke atm i’m relying on this money for certain things

It’s 1:18am and i’m majorly panicking. I’m on a waitlist have my gallbladder out and it’s causing me a lot of nausea (they’ve found a polyps that causes nausea) and i’m struggling a lot right now. I have a really acidic burny throat. My boyfriend had a stomach bug at the beginning of the week and now i’m panicking that i’ve caught it. I feel so unwell :(

It’s currently 3:18am and i’m panicking, i feel very nauseous and my stomach keeps twisting, spasming and flipping. i’m on a waitlist to have surgery to hopefully stop the cause of my nausea and i’m on promethazine but i’ve taken my max allowed dosage and still feel really unwell and im shaking a bit. anyone awake to chat?

I have a really close friend, who is consider family, struggling with alcohol. She’s looked into going to rehab but being a 26 year old mum to an 8 year old with no job and an (arguably) abusive partner she feels stuck and cannot afford to go to rehab.
I’m not entirely sure what i’m asking here i guess some advice i can give her / how i can help?
We’re in the UK and the NHS as far as i’m aware do not fund rehab unless it’s life threatening circumstances.

I’m trying desperately to figure out what foods work and what don’t but everything online is so conflicting (i know of course it does differ from person to person) but my diet of plain toast and grilled vegetables is getting SO boring 😭

I recently posted that they’ve found a polyps in my gallbladder and they’ve referred me to my local hospital for surgery. I haven’t had a consultation yet i’m in the very early stages, does anyone know how long I should expect to wait for the surgery from now? I’m so fed up with the constant nausea and not being able to eat it’s making me so weak and lethargic I keep having to call out from work. I really don’t know how long I can put up with this.

I recently posted about being told I have a polyps in my gallbladder and am on a waitlist for removal (NHS so likely to be MONTHS from now) so i’m trying to eat meals that are gentle on my gallbladder. I’m struggling to find interesting meals though. I’m pescatarian, does anyone have any fun nice foods / recipes they can share? TIA 🩶🩶
Hi everyone, i’m 26F and had an ultrasound scan done on thursday just gone due to chronic nausea and bloating, I got a phone call friday morning saying they found a 10.3mm polyps in my gallbladder and they’ve referred me to my local hospital. I haven’t heard from them yet (i’m in the UK so probably going to be a long wait due to NHS). I’m terrified of the surgery, i have emetephobia so i’m scared of it making me unwell, but at the same time i’m having sleepless nights because i’m up all night feeling mega nauseous. Can anyone offer any advice? I don’t really know what i’m asking here just kind words i guess 😅

I’ve felt nauseous since around 9pm, I had diarrhoea at around 10pm, it’s now 00:13 and i’ve felt so so sick and it’s slowly getting worse and i’m really really panicking. My boyfriends asleep next to me and i don’t know what to do. I feel like i can’t move or i’ll be unwell. Someone please help me
