My 21 year old frnd's mother needs a major surgery in west bengal whoes estimated bills is 15 lakhs.She has a tumor leading to bleeding also due to which her kidneys got affected and was on dialysis. He and his brother are able to arrange 13 lakh from borrowing from friends and family but still are 1.7 lakh short. He has tried every nbfc and bank for loan but without salary proof or fixed income he is not able to get one. As his family only has his mother him and his brother , they are trying their best to arrange it even for high intrest rate. They also started a fundraiser but due to small circle not much help is visible. So I'm sharing the link here if anyone is able to help. Any other advice is also welcome.
