What were the things that helped deprogram you from the h3 cult the most?

Does anybody else relate to the painful seperation anxiety that freaky Nikki gets?

It's obviously not good but getting overly attached to people is legit painful, and it drives you insane ( I'm not abusive to partners, it just leads me to self harm and sabotage the relationship to escape the feeling )
