Moved down here a couple years ago and haven’t been to the dentist since. I’m in desperate need of a checkup

I live in west Ashley.

I (24M) have lost 47 lbs in the last 4 1/2 months.
I plan to lose about another 25 lbs and be done

I started at 270 and am down to 223

I see it on the scale and see it in my clothes, which I’ve gone down 2 sizes in pants and 1 size in shirt but when I look in the mirror I don’t see anything different.

Im genuinely confused

I’m a 24M and I have a really attractive neighbor and I’m not sure what to do.

I think she seems to shows interest in me, but I think she’s just as shy as I am to be honest. We both don’t speak much when we see each other but I catch her looking my way constantly.

Also walks right up to my apartment porch with her dog a lot when I have the door open and she just cracks a quick smile.

My family even notices how she looks my way constantly.

Sometimes I see her as I’m leaving for work in the mornings but I just freeze up and not sure what to say. I wanna ask her out or compliment her or even get her contact but I can’t.

I (24M) am absolutely terrible with talking to women my age. I’m a decent looking guy, even working on myself lately with weight loss, better hygiene, financially etc

Whenever I see an attractive woman my age I freeze, I can’t keep a conversation and then I punch myself when I walk away. For some reason I can’t seem to bite the bullet and just ask for numbers or questions,

Help help help

I’m a (24M) that makes a decent income, I think I’m in a better place financially than most my age. I’ve recently been focusing on my health, weight loss etc to improve my confidence and social anxiety at times.

I feel that I’m a good looking guy, 5’ 11” average size guy. But i cant seem to find any women in Charleston, i feel that i cant approach them in this day and age due to being creepy or not knowing what to say.

Don’t have many friends in the area and the ones i do have are married so they don’t have time. I’m really trying to focus on myself but it gets very lonely at times.

Any tips on what to do?
