it should be socially acceptable to honk at people driving under the speed limit

If i’m in a no pass one way road and theres nobody in front of the car ahead of me and they are driving 5 or more miles under the speed limit at a constant pace I should be able to blow my horn without looking like a jackass.

There’s no good explanation to why you’re consistently driving under the speed limit. If you’re distracted or the weather is bad pull over. All driving under the speed limit does it waste time and make people behind you mad.
