Taiga Aisaka and Ritsu Tainaka have the same english VA, pretty neat!
(Also, someone just kill me already this show is so freaking cute)
Wanted to share the images of these new RE figs, as it's one of my favorite game franchises. Most figs aren't exactly perfect, but I'm still excited for them
As always, these have NOT released yet. Don't ask where to get them, you can't. Listing will soon (or may already) pop up on ali first, but it's probably just a pre-order. Then it will come to the usual sites you can find in the minifig guide.
Just got my last few packages today, and this is all I got during the month of July. I only had Barry Lyndon prior to the sale. Let me know your thoughts about the pickups, anything I need to watch ASAP? What do you suggest for me to get next? Here's what I watched already:
* Yojimbo - 3.5/5
* Paris, Texas - 3.5/5
* Barry Lyndon - 5/5
* Princess Bride - 5/5
* Grand Budapest hotel - 3.5/5
* Parasite - 5/5
* Memories of murder - 4/5
* Drive my car - 3/5
* Walle - 3/5
* Perfect days - 4/5
* Eyes Wide Shut - 4.5/5 (might bump up on rewatch)
Tonights watch is Dr. Strangelove.
Difficult question. It was probably "Eyes Wide Shut", but since I've seen it already now I will go with "No Country for Old Men". "Do the right thing" also seems amazing.
Definitely "Eyes Wide Shut" ever since I watched "Barry Lyndon". Both are masterpieces. I've also seen 2001 and The Shining which I didn't enjoy as much.
All of them, actually. Except Walle. I want to expand my library and my film taste, so I selected a wide range of genres, all seems to be really good films.
So many, Criterion definitely have a lot of great titles, and with the excellent supplements and packaging as well Criterion has quickly become my nr. 1 boutique label. I probably won't get any more before november, but in no particular order these are pickups I look forward to getting some day (all blind buys):
* Blue is the warmest color
* Cloud
* Kurosawa films (Seven Samurai, High and Low, Dreams, Stray dog)
* Harakiri
* Fish Tank
* Still walking
* Charade
* Paths of Glory
* Videodrome
* Last summer
* Kpop demon hunters
* Portrait of a lady on fire
* More Wes Anderson films
* Uncut gems
* After life
* Marriage Story
* Piano Teacher
* Valley of the dolls
* The Graduate
* YiYi
* 3 Women
* Dazed and confused
* Risky business
* Paths Garrett and Billy the Kid
* Charlie Chaplin films
* Scorsese films
* Come and see
* David Lynch films
* 12 angry men
* Captain Blood
* Network
* Blowout
* Thief
* Scorserer
What are your favorites? Did you get any good films during the sale?
My first Criterion order (except Barry Lyndon I got a few months back), all blind buys except Walle which I've not seen since I was a child.
Which one do you recommend me to watch first? I am equally excited for all of them and can't choose!
Do you have any other recommendations for pick ups? I don't think I've seen any film from the Criterion Collection, so don't say "whatever I enjoy" or whatever.
Also, I've already ordered No country for old men, Three outlaws samurai and Eyes wide shut. Looking to get Seven Samurai and Fantastic Mr. Fox.
Other ones I've been eyeing are Sentimental value (feel like it's a must since I'm Norwegian), Thelma and Louis, In the mood for love, Harakiri, Memories of murder, Before trilogy and also some Scorsese films.

Should pop up in the usual minifig stores next week.
Really nice to get these figs standalone for people that don't want the full set, or for people who got bad figs from the set.
Was going to preorder Saving Private Ryan, 1 OC and 1 normal. I was filling out my delivery address, then a popup appeared where it said sold out. And only a minute after ore-orders opened up!
Why don't they reserve it in your cart for a few minutes to allow you to enter your details... :/
Right not there are a few releases for S1, S2 and the movies out. But I'm hesitant to get any, as I would like a complete box set with everything, and also have the english dub included. Is this likely to happen?
I'm scanning the barcode and adding my collection on my blu-ray.com My Movies app. I came across a DVD they don't have in the database which I want to add. I followed the instructions in the app, but it didn't work. Then I google how to do it, but I can't seem to have a "Add new
I tried manually opening these links which someone posted in 2024 should work:
https://www.blu-ray.com/products/?c=21&action=addproduct
https://www.blu-ray.com/products/?c=7&action=addproduct
Both take me to a page where it says:
>Error: You must be logged in/registered member to submit data. Registration is fast and easy.
I am already logged in to my account, and click "Registration" takes me to a page where it says:
>Our records show that you have already registered under the name of MattiTheGame114. If you have lost your password, click here. If you would like to modify your profile, click here.
Is there some requirement for how new my account is? Like I can't post until e.g a year after account creation? Or is it activity based on the forums? I just want the app to track my media collection.
Any help appreciated!
I noticed that Zeb has a very weird and interesting pair of leg molds.

I didn't even recognize them at first, as I don't think they look like Joel and Ellie at all. I much prefer the Evri House set, but I'm probably gonna pick them up nonetheless. I do like the backpacks though.
And it was such a banger too. Watched the 4K release by Criterion, and it was stunning.
For reference did I only watch 81 in total last year.
