Question from a non Monster Hunter player.

Currently I can pick up Monster Hunters Wilds Standard Edition physically for the PS5 for $30 or I can get the Ultimate Edition on Steam for $50. Since I have never played a Monster Hunter game before which is the better option?

Any way to talk to someone at Spectrum about their routing issues and have them take it serious?

It takes me 17 hops to get to 1.1.1.1 unless I use a VPN. Using the VPN makes it in 7 hops. I have higher ping times then one on a 1GB connection should have. You would think for $125 a month just for their Internet they could take some of that money and work on their network. The tracert shows it going across multiple states before making it to Cloudflare.

I am yet another new player to the Xenoblade series.

I had bought Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition a couple months ago but only played about an hour of it. With the Switch 2 Edition announcement I decided to give it the old college try as the 30 frames per second was what was really holding me back.

Currently I am right at 15 hours and I just recently started chapter 7. My characters are level 31. I really want to like the game as I really want to play the series in the order that they released. My hope is I can finish one before the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Switch 2 edition releases on July 30th.

However, I find myself struggling to get into the game. The combat system seems very basic. I feel like the different enemy types don't provide any different types of strategy. I just go into a fight and press the buttons until the timer expires and then I press them again. I just do this over and over for each fight. In the open world should I be stopping and fighting everything I see or just moving on past them to speed up the story.

I'm not sure what I'm missing, but I feel like it's just not connecting in the way that I expected based on reading and watching everybody's opinion about the series. I will push on in the hopes that it gets better and that the later editions in the series improved combat.

Found out about these today. Wish we could pick and choose them.

So I came across these today at my local Walmart. I did not even know they were a thing. I got lucky with no repeats. I just wish the Hell Diver one was Deacon from Days Gone.

On a side note how is this even allowed. You would think a company would have to inform you of what you are spending your money on. The fact that all of these could have been the same thing is just wrong. Plus like in my case I got one from a game I do not care for. It is straight up gambling.

At least the last two in the image came in boxes so you could just open the box and see what was in it.

Recently purchased a used PS2 and looking to play on a LG C1 TV.

From what I can tell the RetroTINK-4K Pro is the best way to go. I see it cost $750 so before I drop that kind of money on it what is the best way to connect the PS2 to it. Component cables? If so is the Reto VIsison YPbPr Component Video Cable for PlayStation 2/3 the way to go?
