I am really unable to focus on studies. I am experiencing kind of brain fog, simple calculations which I used to do on fingertips require 5 mins to process, unable to understand things all like this.

I am using phone in limit, but I do mastur*** after controlling for nearly 6 months.

I don't know what is happening, I tried meditation but due to my popcorn mind cannot do for more than 2 to 3 minutes.

Everything seems falling but I have to keep the things in place as the exam will be life changing for me and my family. I was a topper and being such a average student now eats me up.

If anyone can tell what to do ?

I have seen last 5 attempts paper and saw that SA's (200 to 600 series) are asked for utmost 15 to 20.

Tbh: can I leave this ? Or should do 200, 500 (selected) series only.
