Hello, I have a 3060ti with a 3700x cpu and 16gb of RAM. I'm trying to get back into the game, but my gpu usage stays stuck below 30% most of the time. This wasn't the case the last time I played on the same rig around the time final shape came out.
Any assistance in fixing the matter would be greatly appreciated.
I am trying to rent a room in the Bukit Jalil area and these agents are all telling me that the unit's electricity is charged per room, like all the electricity used, not just the aircon. They are charging ludicrous rates bro, like 0.65rm per kWh has to be too much. My current apartment charges like 0.3rm per kWh. Just now I inquired about an offer and got told 0.8rm per kWh.
Like did I just get a really good deal? Are they trying to play me because they think I am a foreigner? Or has the renting market gone to hell since the last time I checked cuz when I rented 2 years ago only the AC bill was charged and even that at a fairly balanced 0.5rm per kWh

This is the build , the most important are the beams, advanced docking computer and frags, they're non-negotiable.
The beams are long range thermal vent, charge enhanced super conduit power distro, pre enginered SCO, dirty drag drive thrusters.
I'm just confused over what should I fill my utility slots with and what are the best engineering effects for the rest of the build.

I have been following (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6YXtMq6JLzE) and the comments are saying there is an issue with the steps to unlock the titan drive component and propulsion elements.
What would be the best way to go about getting these items, and are they even necessary? I am currently in Abasses.
Any tips in getting the right engineer unlocked would also be much appreciated.

Also when Jacky triggered, he gained an intrinsic knowledge of how reality worked, basically the unified field theory, and could use it to somehow do magic? Kind of like MCU sorcerers?
Since he didn't have any mental protections set up at the time, didn't that mean Etienne also got access to that Unified Field Theory and could also do magic?
Also when is #17 coming out? I need to see my goat Etienne again. I think he is easily one of my top 3 telepaths of all time and by far my favourite character in the story.
