What kind of music do you think Heather Chandler listens to?

Not one to put much stock into headcanons, but one lyric of "The Me Inside of Me" says "Give them my hats and my CDs", and it made me wonder what those CDs would be. Something tells me HC likes typical pop of the time like Madonna, Whitney, and the so-called "second British Invasion" (Duran Duran, Pet Shop Boys, etc.), but what do you think?

What is your dream show to play?

Actors talk all the time about their dream roles, but what about on the musicians' side?

I've played guitar for a few musicals (Xanadu in high school and contracted for local teen productions of Hadestown and Mean Girls). I've always been interested in Grease, and a jukebox musical like Mamma Mia or Jersey Boys would be cool, but my #1 would be Heathers. I think it has an awesome score and would love to play it if asked.

What is the consensus on Simon Gordon's JD?

Until last night, I wasn't all that familiar with the Heathers musical (saw the movie a couple years ago), but I gave the proshot a try and liked it. In particular, I really liked Simon Gordon's performance as JD, even though his voice is comparatively not very musical theatre. He's clearly trying to imitate Christian Slater (or at least that's what I got from it), but I think it really works as it gives off troubled, disillusioned, awkward teenage boy (regardless of how old he actually is). I wouldn't be surprised if he's not the preferred JD, but what do you guys think?

My NMH 1 boss battle tier list (based on difficulty).

Notes:

- I don't remember all that much about the first three as I played them about a year ago, but they all took about three or four tries.

- Destroy Man was the first boss I remember giving me a really hard time; it took me about 15 tries to beat him. From then on, however, I realized that most bosses have a pattern of some kind, and once you figure it out, it's not too bad.

- Bad Girl took me about 20 tries; however, this was mostly because up until then, I literally had the Beam Katana and nothing else. Once I leveled up fully, I got her in my last two or three attempts.

- Jeane and Henry were surprisingly very straightforward, almost disappointingly so, but I suppose that's the nature of No More Heroes...

Ad for HEB (Texas-based grocery chain). Is this supposed to make me want to use HEB delivery?

For one, advertising HEB in Texas, especially like this, is like advertising In-N-Out in California. We know it exists; there's one five minutes from my house. Thus, if I haven't been using HEB delivery up to this point, why the hell would dancing tortillas and jalapeño poppers convince me to?

"Lowrider oldies" of the 70s and 80s

I'm trying to put together a playlist of songs that would've been considered "lowrider" music in the 70s and 80s. This is not focused on doo-wop and classic soul, as would have been featured on East Side Story and other such compilations, but rather more funk and R&B-adjacent music. Here's what's on my list right now:

* Roger - I Want to Be Your Man

* Zapp - Computer Love, Doo Wa Ditty

* GQ - I Do Love You

* The Gap Band - Outstanding

* One Way - Cutie Pie

* The Floaters - Float On

What else belongs on this list?

"Peek-A-Boo" by Siouxshee & The Banshees filed under heavy metal band Budgie

This is because one of SatB's members was apparently called Budgie, which some would argue is an understandable mistake if you aren't familiar, but I find it quite lazy. Any way to get it changed?
