ADHD/Autism/Neurodivergent reasonable adjustments or self management techniques

Hi all, commenter for a long time first time poster in this sub.

TLDR: I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share what reasonable adjustments they have in place at work and how useful they are?

More context below if willing to read it.

I'm 32F, diagnosed with combined type ADHD 5 years ago. Not medicated currently/anymore. Just returned to work following a period of burnout relating to work and personal life (signed off for a month).

Working in an office environment as a team leader/manager (contracted within local government which is probably relevant). I'm mostly WFH but this is part of the struggle as my brain struggles to transition from work/home in the same environment and I've not really done fully office based roles before.

My main struggles are intrinsic motivation, time blindness and management e.g. leave things to the last minute, struggle to plan ahead, not giving myself enough time to get to places or overbooking myself.

Never had formal reasonable adjustments and haven't found many workplaces or occupational health forthcoming in actual suggestions on what can help. Had 3 assessments and no actual adjustments as the main answer I've received is "there's loads of things you could do but it depends on the employer and what they can offer" that's not helpful and is never carried forward or progressed in a meaningful way.

If you work in a similar role/environment even better but would love to hear from anyone with examples of what works for them to manage their symptoms!

Saw friends for the first time in 15 years!

I met up with some childhood friends this past weekend. It was the first time we'd all been together in 15 years. The first time some of us had spoken in 5+ years. It was great, like no time had passed at all.

Reach out to old friends that you miss!! It's worth it!

TFP and family not seeing older children still? Have TFP drug test results come back? Thoughts?

Anyone else see the AI photo Liann left in TFPs post which she then swiftly deleted?

Here is a video from a tiktok creator with the information and screenshots. The AI photo is a silly thing which makes me laugh for the lack of due diligence 😭

What I actually thought was interesting was the comment particularly "Miss indy and ocean so much" but Ever is not included in that part. My deduction is that TFP isn't seeing them and neither is Liann/wider family? So would that indicate her drug test results have not come back or have come back positive for something they shouldn't?

Obviously there's the stipulation in the custody case that the results can't be revealed. But the plan was for TFP to continue to have custody of I&O **IF** her drug results came back clear. This is not a stipulation within the custody agreement for E at present and she has been posting/talking about E in posts over the last week.

Also very unnecessary of Liann to say "I can't imagine what they think is going on". Bitch, they very sadly probably know exactly what is going on because they have been witnesses and victims of TFPs unhinged behaviour.

My dog appeared with this - is it a bone?

Hi first post in this sub. My dog has found this and it looks like a bone but unsure if it actually is or what animal it could possibly be from? He's very interested by it and has been whining for it back which is why I am sure it's not a stone/rock.

It's the same colour, weight and density as a bone. I definitely did not buy this and it is not a toy. He also found a much larger piece a day or two ago that was similar in colour, density but double the size and not an identifiable bone shape unfortunately no pictures of that as family member removed.
