Does anyone get people where the only time you see them in the store its them refunding something? i have 3 costumers that come in every week or so to return something but i rarely see them buy anything…

hello, i am 20 years old and recently found myself trying to help a 15 year old realize theyre being groomed. I have never done this before, i was very graceful and tried to approach it in a way theyd understand but they claim they feel safe with the groomer and wont be leaving him. I dont know what to do
The groomer in question is a serial groomer pedophile that loves children (self admitted) and purposefully seeks them out.
Had to change my availability to 10. They removed me from schedule, then put me on for only days at 9. 😐
