I keep going back to 2010s R&B and it still hits differently. It had the perfect balance of smooth vocals, catchy hooks, emotional lyrics, and modern production.

Artists like Chris Brown, Usher, The Weeknd, Miguel, Trey Songz, Frank Ocean, Bryson Tiller, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Jeremih, and Jhené Aiko all brought something unique to the decade. Whether it was dance records, late-night vibes, heartbreak songs, or club anthems, it felt like there was something for every mood.

I know R&B is still alive today, but the sound from the 2010s feels special. Maybe it's nostalgia, but I honestly think that era had some of the best production and vocal performances we've heard in a long time.
