So I was listening to a Selena Gomez subliminal and my face started to hurt and chin, then when I looked in the mirror it started to look round then I listened again and omfg I can see the resemblance getting there and I got so excited 😭 also guys my results aren't complete yet I'm still listening, and the only way I keep my results from fading is I start to go on by being grateful and detached about my appearance which is how the results are staying and so yeah I'm super happy about my results and no this is no joke, I saw the results with my own eyes

So I went on subliminal discord server once and talked to this girl who told me she got male attention from listening to subliminals although l'm sure she always gets male attention or she was either lying and she told me she wanted to manifest long hair, then I met this dude who told me he wanted to look like a anime bodybuilder by using a subliminal and I was kinda like that's not possible until he showed me his results and to my surprise none of the before and after photos had any difference and they were the same so yeah I didn't want to hurt his feelings to say anything, then I went on to mermaid shape shifting community and saw some airls talk about using subliminals to grow a tail or fish scales and I saw some photo results of a airl who looked like she scraped her skin with something to make it look like she got mermaid skin, I was very terrified of that photo and could not tell it was real or not. as for the sub reddit of subliminal community I've seen many people post they're face and they got no single result, people just like to lie to themselves like why do you want to change the way you look when you have better things to do in life that includes learning something new or getting a hobby whats wrong with the way we look? Why do we need to rely on magical wee woo to change the way we look

So no matter how much I tried losing weight for years I failed, I went to the doctor to get checked for PCOS and the doctor told me I'm totally fine and that I have no symptoms, so it turns out it wasn't the PCOS preventing me from losing weight, it was my eating habits, I asked my mom why my back is hurting and she told me its because I have a big butt and I have fat down my legs but from up I'm fit, and she told me I need to lose weight, although I was tierd of my mom and siblings constantly talking about losing weight that I was losing my freakin mind and, I was so tierd of trying I gave up and my weight keeps going up and I lost motivation to lose weight, I went to therapy for my eating problems and the therapist was a freaken scammer she didn't even let me vent and she didn't talk to me or give me advice then she gave me resources and that was it, I got so pissed, I realized no matter how much I try to eat less it ends up me not being able to control myself, I always had zero control and even now that im having pain on my back and lower back has not been a wake up call to me, I remember my friend telling me if I was skinny with long hair I would look like Selena Gomez, then a guy told me I have so much potential, I was so upset over this that I was going insane , I don't know what else I can do to have control over what I eat? I feel like food has controlled me my whole teen years and now adult years , I know if I was skinny I would be unstoppable but sadly that'll never happen and I'll have to suffer being fat

So ive listened to subliminals since 2019 and ive not seen one single change, I was told that not getting results had to do with my bad mindset , I was being positive and kept listening to subliminals because they gave me confidents but I never got real physical results as I started listening I noticed it wasn't doing anything for me and I was just wasting my time, I got tired of trying so I would take a break then come back listening to subliminals and the same problem would appear, there are people who claim they got results with proof but when you look at they're photo they look the same and there's no difference, so I view subliminals as a scam , It makes me sad now people make a profit off of making subliminals just to make the viewers believe it works when it does not, also every sub maker usess affirmations from text to speech or use they're voices as affirmations and they add music layer of rain sounds and they either use capcut or other apps, theres seriously no powerful way to make subliminals work and using an app and text to speech is very low chance of making a subliminal work, I feel bad for people who are insecure and rely on something that doesn't work for them it's truly sad, I know lots of people who wish they could change they're appearance but.. Subliminals can't do that and if subliminals really worked for everyone then there would be no problem

So back in the amino and discord days there used to be shape shifting server chats where people were trying to become mermaids and the only person I remember achieving the mermaid tail was a girl named moonlight but I heard her mermaid tail wasn't real in the photo and it was fake according to some people although her mermaid scars were real that she showed in the photos, and I've still seen this whole mer shape shifting go on till this day but I've never seen anybody really shape shift, although I joined one of the mermaid discord servers and found a shape shifting group and a few people posted they're results of no fish tail but scars of a fish and Webby looking skin on them and that was it!
