They asked for something different
I had a company reach out and ask me to do a rattle can magazine for them. The only request… make it wild and unique. This is what I came up with. I think it looks pretty sick!

Figured what better pattern for a bullpup than some British Desert DPM. Yes I know that bullpup shotgun is junk. It’s not mine, I did this for someone else.
Tried my hand at Rhodesian Brushstroke. Used Rapco and stencils from Rattler Innovations.
Looks a lot better than the plain black. Decided to try something new with some Behr paint I had. Not too shabby for a rattle can job! Not sure exactly what I’d call it lol but it looks good! I do need to go over the brown grip and brace again… it’s catching too much light for me.
Definitely not functional for a thing but it came out pretty good. Had a lot of people on Instagram asking for more unique designs so I did this one. You could do the same thing with more neutral/ camo colors and I bet it would look pretty dope!
Anyone else having shipping issues? It’s been 7 days and hasn’t shipped. Maybe this is normal? I tried to email them but never heard back. Everything showed in stock
When I ordered it. Thanks!
Base coat was light green with some dark
Grey accents. Second layer was a dark green. Next was flat black. Once it was dry, I used the flat black to give it all a dusting.
I think they came out fairly decent! MCB could use a touch more solid black on one side. I wish I had another brown/ tan on hand to add to the Desert Tiger Stripe. My power has been out, and I have a pile of mags, so I figured why not.
Edit: Stripe not strip
These NeeDohs, dumplings, etc are all the rage right now. I get it. My daughter has used little fidget toys for a long time. It’s just something she uses for anxiety. She has these keyboard clicky things, squishies (I can’t believes I’m typing these words) actual rings that spin, etc. Now that they are trendy, everywhere is constantly sold out. Does any one have any hidden gems in town where we can find things like these? We have gotten some off of Amazon but my daughter likes to physically hold them before she buys them (again it’s an actual sensory thing for her). Again I know people will probably give me grief, but I’m a single dad trying my best to raise some awesome daughters. It’s not about the current trend. Thanks!
