Melancholic acousticish song
There's a song I've listened to recently and I can't remember the name or artist. It's a sort of semi-acousitc song, with lots of strings like guitars and maybe ukulele and maybe violins/cellos playing pizzicato chords, kind of dissonant, in a repetitive pattern, almost definitely a cello or bass playing a lower bassy note. The singer is male, quite high pitched gentle voice. I think there's some harmonies, and maybe some banjo as well.
There were some lyrics that I remember maybe around a mother and a father being a sun and a moon rising and falling, some sort of family references, but quite poetic, maybe something to do with ships, sailing/ sea/ocean imagery as well.
The melody was quite melancholic, sort of repeating phrases in the verses and being in 3 sections, rising, but in a minor key for the verses, and then goes between being sadder and happier. I think it's quite long with different sections but the main bit I remember is the first verses.
It's fairly contemporary, couldn't give an exact time but definitely from the last 20? years, could be quite recent or maybe 2010s/2020s (sorry not super helpful). It's kind of indie-ish, folky, acoustic vibes.
