Purple UFO help!

I bought this Purple UFO plant on eBay and it arrived here in great shape. I transplanted it into this 5 gallon bucket with at least eight 1/2” holes drilled in the bottom for drainage and filled with Kelloggs Organic Patio Plus container mix. It was doing great, then out of nowhere it wilted like this. I feel like I’ve been watering enough and not overwatering, and this mix supposedly has fertilizer in it already and recommends not adding fertilizer the first month. What could be causing this? Also, is it salvageable or is it done for?

Carolina Reaper plant is growing and flowering like crazy!

I’ve had trouble with this Carolina Reaper (on the right) since I planted it, but it has recently exploded with growth and flowers! I live on old mudflats land in zone 10b, so the soil is clay that dries rock hard and gets huge cracks through it. I tried to amend it with Fox Farm Ocean Forest when I first planted there, but still dries and cracks just like clay. I finally dialed watering in and fertilized with Vigoro Organic Tomato & Vegetable Plant Food, now it exploded almost overnight with healthy growth and flowers everywhere! It’s only produced peppers twice and they were tiny little runts, but hopefully I get some monsters this season!

Just bought my first Dragon Fruit cacti! Some questions on what to expect

I just bought this from Home Depot and transplanted it into the biggest pot I had (took two bags of Kelloggs Organic Patio Plus potting mix). They came in the same 2 gal. pot staked to the same bamboo stick. I kept the main rootball together and put two separate stakes for each vine. I asked Google AI and it said these vines get up to 50 lbs., so I’ll have to build a T structure with a 5’6” 4x4 post and two 2x4s at the top for hanging the vines when they mature. They are about 2.5’ tall right now. How long does it take to grow to 5’ and what could I do to help get the most and best fruits possible besides adding the T structure? Also, is this pot big enough to support these all the way through their grow cycle?

Just got three new plants in the mail! Question on the Fried Chicken pepper plant

This is the first time I have ordered plants online and I am excited to see them grow! The tall plant with a lot of leaves is the Purple UFO, the other tall one with not as many leaves is the Chocolate Scotch Bonnet and the small, very light colored plant is the Fried Chicken pepper. I just received them in the mail today and potted the Purple UFO and the Fried Chicken. I am really happy with how the Purple UFO and the Chocolate Scotch Bonnet look, but am concerned with the Fried Chicken. It is significantly smaller than the other two and such a light green it almost looks white. I messaged the grower and he said all the Fried Chicken pepper plants are light colored and assured it will grow fast. Does that look and sound correct? Please let me know your thoughts and if you have any experience growing the Fried Chicken pepper plant.

Ghost Peppers finally flowering!

I’ve been waiting a long time for this and my Ghost Pepper plant is finally flowering! I’m really excited and hope I get some monsters. How does the plant’s overall health look and is there anything I could do to help better my chances of getting huge peppers? I’m in zone 10b and have been fertilizing with Vigoro Organic Tomato & Vegetable Plant Food

Carolina Reaper question

I’m in zone 10b and my Carolina Reapers are ripening already. I believe the peppers grew over winter, but I was hoping they would keep growing through this season and get huge. Tons of buds about to flower though, so hopefully this next batch will be the ones. Should I let these ripen and harvest them, or should I knock them all off so there’s more energy for the new flowers about to come in for a better chance at having huge peppers? I already picked one that was ripe, but it didn’t have any seeds inside. Any reason why it didn’t grow any seeds?

Help placing rails on steep concave

I bought this 8.75” egg shaped blank and juice bars rails and had a question on the rail placement. A lot of videos and help says place them up to 1.5” from the edge of the deck. This blank has steep concave and if I do that, then I’d be sliding on the inside edge of the rail instead of having the rails square with whatever obstacle I’d be sliding on. Do most setups have them cockeyed to the obstacle, like only sliding on the inside edge of the rail instead of making full contact? In the picture, where the rails are placed is right where the steep concave starts. Is that too close together for stability?
