What should I be eating to get and maintain lean muscular physique? 26M, 6'1", 165lbs.

I'm 26M, 6'1" and around 165lbs. I'd say I'm probably at an average fitness level, I run 3 times a week and do lower back and arm workouts at least twice a week but I'm moving up to 4.

I've always been lanky and for most of my life I was very under-weight. I want to build more muscle but I don't want to bulk out. What kind of diet should I be looking at? I don't really have any allergies that I know of or anything.

My back is very uncomfortable when sitting down for meditation, any advice?

I practice Metta Meditation and so I sit cross legged, with my back straight and head level, facing forward.

However, the sensation of my back keeps pulling me out of my focus and it's just irritating. It's not painful really, but it's just very uncomfortable trying to sit up straight. I notice that the only way it will be comfortable is if I hunch.

I don't really have posture issues and my neck isn't messed up and leaning forward ever, but I do have lower back issues.

I was going to buy a posture corrector/back brace, but I was told not to as the practice of keeping my back straight will actually help me focus more on my practice?

Realistic advice on playing as an adult.

I'm 26 years old, played tennis for a while when I was a teen and dropped it because I found working too exhausting to do both.

My goal is, when I secure a better job, I want to dive into volleyball and play regularly as I did tennis. However, I'm concerned at that point I will be 30-34, is this realistically something I could still aim for?

I'm not saying I want to go pro or anything like that, but playing at a reasonably decent level would be nice, I like healthy competition lol.

Are you too old to be playing somewhat heavily at those ages? I don't really have any health problems also. OH, and I'm 6'1" and interested in libero, so height isn't a super concern for me and constant jumping probably won't be either but that may change.

Recommend a watch for Swimming/Running/Climbing?

Can y'all recommend a smart watch I can use for these activities? Most importantly they need to

- Be water resistant enough to swim for extended periods (ATM rating of 5 or higher)

- Under $160 but preferably under $130 at most.

The climbing aspect I'm not too worried about, it's probably going to be a lot harder to find a watch that won't get chalk in it and mess something up.

I'm not a huge stickler for health tracking features or anything, those typically aren't very accurate anyways. I also don't mind buying second hand. Any feedback is appreciated!

Let me note first, I have played turn based combat games before. I guess most notably, multiple Pokemon titles, but also the one I have appreciated and enjoyed the most "Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga".

I think the main problem I have with actually enjoying turn based combat, is that I find myself just spamming the same strongest option I have over and over. That doesn't feel impactful to me at all, it doesn't feel challenging at all.

I've heard some things about the Shin Megami Tensei games and how they do this kind of combat better I guess? In some way?

I've always really liked the vibe and music of Persona but the combat is something I've always avoided. Does strategizing within the turn based combat actually even matter? Like in Pokemon (Which I suppose is primarily aimed towards kids, so easier) you can get away with spamming the same strongest attack option until you win. (At least in story modes, not online battles.)

I really want to enjoy this game, Persona 3 Reload, any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

(I haven't played the game yet btw, idk if that was clear)

I just got the Dime 3's and the quality is like, really bad?? It sounds really poor quality and tinny?

In comparison, I use a phone that still has a 3.5mm jack and I use like 10 dollar JVC 3.5mm wired earbuds, which sound, way better???

Yall I spent 27 bucks on these total, please tell me I didn't throw my money down the drain. I'm assuming the solution will be something like "Wear different eartips to create a better seal" or something. Which okay, but I generally don't wear mesh tip earbuds cause they just hurt my ears.

My dad was given an S25 with his purchase of a new phone. He barely used it (just took a couple pictures) and then left it alone. He gave it to me now but we can't back in cause he factory reset the phone without removing the google account attached first. He doesn't write down his passwords (I KNOW) and now we can't get in.

First it tells us to "Enter your PIN" cause "This phone was factory reset". He doesn't remember the pin...(also didn't write it down..)

He only has 1 gmail so we tried entering that account and password, didnt work, then changing his password to that gmail, still no dice.

We tried entering my mom's email and phone number just incase, also doesn't work.

We took it to verizon, they can't do anything, they said it's a google issue. I don't even know how to contact google customer service cause there's like nothing online for it.

I called samsung (1 (800) 726-7864) they want us to send proof of purchase via text which I'm unsure of but who even knows if that will help anyways.

Is there ANYTHING I can do??? This is a 700 dollar phone that's barely even been used.
