Opening the pool up this season and noticed a large amount of rust around the skimmer. Any tips on fixing this bad boy? Took the plate off to see what the problem was. Is the only fix really to grind it?
Any idea what rail this is? Looks like a Mk16 but has what appears to be 9 mlock slots on the top side. The 13.5” mk16 only has 7.
I might be drunk so correct me if im wrong. Does G$ make a long mk16?

Hey everyone! We meet again.
Was hoping someone with more knowledge than me could recommend some new equipment. Am currently in the process of covering my pool equipment with an open and close top shed type system and am ready for a variable speed automatic or at least programable pool pump. Pictures show what i have currently but are as follows.
- ST1072 3/4 hp 3450 rpm pump
- cristal flo egg filter
- Raypak P-R156A-EN-C heater
Pool is approx 19,200 gallons and would like to stay as budget friendly as possible
