I genuinely have trouble eating to a surplus or even maintenance. thoughts on taking mk677?

24, M, 5'9, 150lbs

For my whole life i never had an appetite like a "normal" person would. For some people always struggle to eat less, eating less for me is very comfortable. Eating more on the other hand even to a slight caloric surplus is super super hard for me. I find my self force feeding myself back when i was 17-20 years old just to gain weight and build muscle. Fasting is second nature to me, eating two big meals twice a day is normal to me, putting in "effort" to even hit maintenance calories or a slight 200 calorie surplus is hard for me. I have no appetite in mornings hence i dont take breakfast and just fast.

I am now 24 and had ended my 5 month cut, (which was fairly easy). I am planning to go on a slight surplus again and taking mk677 might help me based on my research. Any thoughts?

Need help dont know where to go from here

I think im cooked idk

24
5'9 68kg

This is my journey and i need help idk what to do anymore I might just hop on test or whatever.

Before and after 70kg to 68kg
I've started the cut April 17. I am now 68kg.
at 69kg had a maintenance break for 2 weeks because i had terrible sleep at 70 days in the cut.

Leaner but no abs. I just wanted to cut to lose my chest fat that looked like gyno idk.
Arms are bigger than it's ever been
I've progressively overloaded on arms and back. But i have notice once i hit 68kg i've gotten noticeably weaker on my pressing movements.
Quads are much leaner now i can see the cuts

I wanna continue cutting until i get to see my abs or get a noticeably leaner physique but my lifting sessions are not as great when i was in 69kg.

I now also have some rotator cuff irritation so i cant do lateral raises.

Macros:
TDEE: 2,480

Started the cut at 1800 calories a day. Then when i hit my plateau at 69kg I did 2,000 calories and added cardio (walking) 5-10k steps 5k average steps.

130-140g of protein 150g on a good day
50g fat
220–250 carbs

Thank you in advance to anyone that could help me out with any tips.

Sleep is terrible on a cut. I need help.

I'm about 70 days into my cut. A deficit of 500-800 calories. For the past 5 days I've been waking up extremely early only getting like 5-6 hours of sleep IDK if this is common but this is my first time cutting. Nutrition and food is on point but holy this has been a re occuring thing. The first 3 days was me waking up needing to pee and catching up on an extra 4hrs just to push my day to 8hrs of sleep but the recent days is just my body waking up early for no reason. Is this normal? is there something i need to change? Do i need to end my cut? What do i do at this point?

I appreciate the help in advance :)

I love anytime fitness, I dare you to change my mind. (not promoting or wahtev this my review)

I started out in bakal gyms and home gym when I was a kid. I tried Gold's gym, surge, locally owned gyms, home owned gyms at 12 pesos per entrance.

I'm 24 now with a job and i can finally afford the so called AF that everyone has been oggling about when I was a kid. I always wanted to experience it and no doubt it is actually Anytime and Anywhere. I could not care less about the issues with ac, bathroom smell, and someone even making complaints about a dried up gum. I've lifted in places most people would freak out and call DOH over it lmao. I fr love this gym I'm 7 months in and every single place no matter how small, big, packed. This gets everything done. It basically eliminates the reason of me not going to the gym also because again it's ANYTIME and ANYWHERE cuz of the amount of branches it has in the Philippines.

And I know ball LifeFitness machines are a hit or miss with their ascending/descending profiles but they now have booty builders which are amazing machines. I really dont get the hate abt the gym. U got 24/7, AC, Pinned/Selector Machines, and for 2k a month or less that's enough. The thing is I started from the bottom and i developed love for bodybuilding and AF just hits the sweet spot for me, I just wish the culture would change from "soft lifts" to iron heads who just want to pump iron and throw the weights around. BUT OVERALL 9/10 Fire gym franchise.
