So i ordered this cleanser from BOJ from maccaron sale and got it a very low price too. I waited like a week after which they cancelled my order and refunded me back the money. i really wanted to get the order though :( should i place it again? anybody else who faced the same issue on maccaron or is it just me

I have used vaseline lip tins (pink one), hyphen, wishcare spf lip balm (clear) and laneige. all of them are good to some extent but i still do have chapped lips 😭please suggest some good lip balms, i was thinking of getting chaptex.
im not even wearing a lipliner in this combo yet you can see the visible line forming around my lips 😭 i feel like mars lip liners are causing this hyperpigmentation around my lips because thats all what i have been using for sometime.
