We are moving into a doorman (condo) building in a few weeks and ordered a new couch to be delivered with white glove service a few days after we move in.
For folks who live in doormen condos, do you think we need a COI? Will the doormen tell the delivery folks to take a hike if we don’t have one? Our building does have a service elevator…
