i got the game on xbox and this is my first year playing online so i had a few questions any help is appreciated

1. is the delay always this bad? ive noticed on just online theres this really bad delay like a few seconds it makes timing jumpers really hard and handles feel slow is there a way to fix it?

2. my ball handle is 86 but my handles feel so slow in game like tryna handle as a center is my handle to low? i have the free animations

3. how big of a problem is people who zen i hear alot of streamers complain about zen and people never missing but something i noticed in 1v1 is that every time i take a jumper the timing is different like just a standing jumper vs fade away vs contested shot vs step back all feel different so how would they still even make it all? or is that not what they are talking about

4. is there anything else i should know?
