Can someone explain why a 900 calorie deficit is bad for muscle preservation?
Without doing just when Google search lol I want to know why a steep deficit could be bad. My maintenance calories are currently 3000 for my body weight. I weigh about 211 but I’ve been feeling satiated eating about 2100 to 2200 cal and I have some people telling me that that could inherently be bad for a preserving muscle. Can somebody explain why
