hello, 2b bike rider here, im considering on an overhaul with my bike and currently in a dilemma. Here’s my food for thought:

Overhaul at Singapore:

- Prices are expensive (1.8k-2k)
- Sometimes scummy and upsells.
- Good quality service (depends on which ws)
- Convenient based on location. (not a problem for me?

Overhaul at JB:

- Good prices (800-1k): Informed by a friend’s friend.
- Alot of people say not trusted (i’ve read and researched that Lor Bapok have good reputation esp Fairuz’s tyre(?).)
- Good service
- Inconvenient due to the distant (not a problem for me)

idk what i else missed but based on my research and comparisons, both party seemed to be equal haha. but im leaning more on jb workshop as my bike’s coe ending in like 2years (idk if its worth to overhaul but i rlly love this bike as it is my first bike, even tho its a 2nd hand.)

I need opinions though because im really at part where ill just go JB and overhaul with no experience/expectations😵‍💫.

chat i need help. Basically i booked a grab to work and before dozing off i saw the grab driver took a selfie of himself and i appear to be in the photo. He then sent the photo to whatsapp (not sure whether gc or personal chat). it really made me uncomfortable.

Ive reported this to grab but there’s no upd just yet. i have his name and face. any recommendations?

So lately my bike has been vibrating excessively which causes my fingers to go numb after like a 40 min ride (e.g Sengkang - Jurong). I did some researched and got to know that i may need to do a valve clearance. also, i feel alot more vibrations on my footpeg. So im not sure. If i need to do some maintenance, which workshop is recommended for this? im having troubling trusting workshops as they are cheeky w their upselling or hidden charges. Thank you for your help🙏🏼🙏🏼

hello guys im currently serving my NS(spf) and planning to sign on. However im pes b2 and need to up pes as i got rejected because of my pes status. I’ve went to polyclinic to consult a doctor to get a memo but they said to get it from my MO. But how am i supposed to get a memo without consulting a specialist? my expectations when i went to polyclinic was to get a referral doc for a specialist at hosp but he said that i need to get it from my MO. So im at a total loss right now. Should i just go to cmpb for a memo? or make an apptment in hospital for a specialist ? idk im so lost hahaha😭

Hello! any recommended/trustworthy workshop i can go to for regular maintenance? i heard Lim Ah Boy is a good WS to go but is there any other alternatives? a list of it would be nice☺️

Anyone have experienced rejection due to their pes status for sign on and what did you do? id love to learn and hear from someone’s experience. thank you!
