How can I improve this splash art to get to a more professional quality?

This is my oc I designed and I drew a splash art inspired by the LoL style but I feel like there's a lot of aspects that keep it from that level.

Some things I noticed myself was:

- rendering of the ponytail

- background has some perspective issues

- background lacks detailed rendering

- kinda unclear value composition

- unclear visuals to show the characters powers due to a mix of posing and the effect mixing into the background (he has the ability to walk on air and creates ripples he steps on but it's not that visually clear)

If anyone can point out more or give resources to assist I'd greatly appreciate it. Looking for a full no sugar coat breakdown for swift improvement!

This piece took me 9 hours and 40 minutes for reference

Is there a way I can get feedback about my art from professionals?

For context I've been learning the LoL splash art style and I simply don't know how to grow from the point I am. If anyone knows any subreddits, discord servers, courses or teachers that I could reach out to I'd really appreciate it. I'm in a few art spaces and I know that artcrit is available but I really want to get in contact with some pros that can break down everything I need to improve on and point out things I might miss

Do these character portraits look distinctive enough or is there anything I should change?

3 and 4 are twins but I feel like they look off in comparison to the other portraits. Also I'm scared I draw my eyes and my noses too similarly. Then again I've been staring at these a while
