Hey everyone I used a pink plush fleece throw blanket from the dollar store and a teddy bear pattern to make a Captain Neyla plushie. I removed the hair from my Carmelita bust to make a pattern for the head as the teddy bear head was too small. After sewing and stitching on the head I glued on her Tiger stripes and made her eyes using craft foam and felt. I made her tiara and chakra using metallic gold craft foam and red felt and her nose. I felt like she was cuter without a mouth. I used a Jack Sparrow bandana for her Dupatta. I secured it to her head with hot glue now I’ll sew her tail and make her clothes and then add her Interpol captain’s badge. And I’ll add more tiger stripes to her arms and on her paws. Stay tuned…

Hey everyone I added the final layers of gold metallic paint to the cane cross guard and added silver metallic craft foam to the disco ball hilt and the Sneaky Devil Keyblade is finally finished. Overall I’m very pleased with the finished product. It’s lightweight, sturdy and convention safe. I’ve already got a Sora themed Sly Cooper cosplay to go with it but I’m hoping to lose a lot of weight in between that time. My anti depressants have caused a lot of weight gain recently for me so I’m hoping to slim down with diet and exercise. Thank you to everyone for all the positive comments from my previous posts.✌️

Hey everyone I made this Carmelita Fox plushie a while back and yesterday I used straps from a canvas knapsack to turn it into a plushie backpack. I will wear this along with a Sly cooper shirt when I go to conventions as an easy outfit.

Hey everyone I like this comic panel of Carmelita so I decided to draw her. She looks so good in glasses i really wish she wore them more often in the series. I assume they’re reading glasses. I had to paste scrap paper on top and redraw the picture because I messed up her hand. But I think it turned out okay. Whenever I draw Carm I like to add different shades of blue highlights to her hair to make it appear more vibrant. Also the nerdy weasel badly flirting with Carmelita is her secretary Winthorp who has a crush on Carmelita that she doesn’t even notice. I think this is Winthorp’s only canon appearance as far as I know. It would have made for some fun moments of him trying to impress Carmelita but she’s too focused on Sly to pay any mind too. I used a peach paint marker by Apple Barrel this time along with Prisma color art markers.

Hey Master Thieves! I added a clue bottle hilt to my Sly Cooper Keyblade now the foam fabrication is finished. Also I decided on the name Safecracker its stats are a 27 in strength a long reach with Treasure Magnet, Lucky Strike and has an MP boost with greater chance at critical hits. The clue bottle handle is my favorite aspect of this design that really sells the Sly Cooper theme.

Hey Master Thieves (and Keyblade Masters) I wanted to give a small update on my Sly Cooper Keyblade. I used my wood burner to make the details on the Eiffel Tower blade of the key. What do you think of it so far? Also what should I name it? Most Keyblades have cool names like Oathkeeper or Follow the Wind or Spellbinder usually related to the world or characters the Keyblade is associated with. Ringtail is one idea I have but I bet you all can come up with something even better. Let me know in the comments. 👇

Hey everyone I posted about making a Sly Cooper themed Keyblade based on concept art I drew so I spent two days make it using PVC pipe, EVA foam and hot glue. The hardest part was actually making a model Eiffel Tower for the blade of the sword. I’m happy with the way it turned out so far. This is my first attempt at my own Keyblade so please be kind in the comments. The color scheme will be blue and gold to match Sly’s costume. And the Thievius Raccoonus charm will be painted orange while the gold parts will be left gold. I’ll of course be adding the cross hatching details to the Eiffel Tower section with a wood burner. To give it some depth. Stay tuned!

Hey everyone I’ve been drawing fanart with paper and markers for years but I’ve never done anything with paint and a canvas so i thought i would try something different so I decided to do a painting of Carmelita. I used the tutorial from Drago art as inspiration in pencil first then painted it section by section using the different colors of acrylic paint. I’m sure there are things I could have done better but for my very first painting I think it’s fine.

Hey everyone in a previous post I showed off my customized Carmelita Fox Funko Pop I made to go with my Sly Funko Pop, this time I made one based off of one of my Carmelita ancestor OCs we know shockingly little about Carmelita’s family history so this is a character I designed. Her name is Kaguya she’s an arctic fox from the Edo period of Japan. No backstory for this character this time. Though I will include my character sketch. As a base I used an Inuyasha Pop for the hair and ears and his kimono and added clay to the chest to give the torso a more feminine shape and added the ribbons on the jacket and made the pink bow on her sash with more craft foam. I then used hot glue, craft foam and foam half dowels to make her facial features, hair and her tail. After that I painted the jacket and sleeves white with red trim and her fur white with minty green paint. Then I used red paint for her make up and gold for her eyes to match my Carmelita Pop. Then I used hot glue to attach her feet to a wooden base and she was done. Fun fact about arctic foxes is that in winter they have white fur but turn brown or red during warmer weather.

Okay so I’ve been replaying Sly 2 recently and as I was looking up one of the cutscenes for something I realized two things, one, Carmelita is the only character in the whole franchise that has spoken dialogue with lip movements in the animated cutscenes and two was she originally intended to be a full member of the Cooper Gang in Sly 3? She first yells her usual “I’ll find you Cooper!” Then says to herself amorously “I’ll be seeing you soon Ringtail…” So what does that mean for the story afterwards? Cause in Sly 3 she says she “grew up and stopped taking grief from guys like Sly” was Carmelita originally going to go rogue and join up with Sly and the gang full time? Or is it kind of a cat and mouse enjoy the chase thing?

Hey everybody. Since YouTooz is making a figure of the Thievius Raccoonus I thought I would make another prop Thievius that’s based off of YouTooz’s version. This is what I have so far. I started off with a plastic corrugated for sale sign and folded it along the grain of the sign and made a rectangular frame for the base of the pages. Then I made the covers using cosplay foam and foam half dowels. The fake pages were made by scoring foam sheets and then heating up the foam to open up the lines. I added the metal corners and the lock on the side and the metal accents on the spine. After this I’ll add the title on the cover and do a lot of weathering with a utility knife and my rotary tool and paint the book and it’ll be done. Stay tuned!

Hey everyone I have been posting a lot of custom merch for Sly and Carmelita recently like my Carmelita Funko Pop and my Carmelita plushie. Now I’ve made a doll using a Barbie type doll as a base. I used a vintage professor mcgonagall doll from Harry Potter because of her hat fitting the design and the articulation being much better than a standard Barbie doll. I used air dry clay, hot glue, aluminum foil, craft foam, faux fur, acrylic paints, felt and fleece fabric. Overall I’m happy with the results. Please be kind with your comments I’m by no means a professional sculptor or designer just doing this as a hobby. If you’re curious about this character’s backstory here it is. Morgana De Vos was an herbalist and alchemist that specialized in healing and transfiguration/shape shifting. She lived during the Salem witch trials in 1692. She lived happily with her settlement of assistants and students when the puritans arrived and started accusing the women of her village of witchcraft, Morgana had been healing the injuries and ailments at the time and led multiple women to safety in covered wagons to nearby settlements free from the tyranny and zealous influence of Samuel Parris. De Vos collapsed the tunnel behind her after ensuring the survival of the liberated captors. Upon the day of her execution via being burned at the stake she played on the puritans superstitions by convincing them she caused the Black Death and triggered an explosion beneath her pier that consisted of fifty pounds of gunpowder and thirty pounds of roofing nails that showered the crowd as she had loosened her bonds by dislocating her shoulders by which point had become common practice for her. She died fifty years later in 1742 of old age having lived a long and healthy life. Legend has it to this day every anniversary of Morgana’s supposed execution a yapping sound followed by a cackling laugh can be heard on the witching hour.

Hello everyone i recently posted about my modified doll of a witch fox character OC of mine. Now I’ve finished it. I used a combination of air dry clay from the dollar store, hot glue, faux fur, felt, acrylic paints, elastic strap for attaching the tail to her waist, craft foam and fleece. The base was a vintage Professor McGonagall doll I had bought at Walmart years ago. I unfortunately don’t have a lot of progress photos other than very recent ones. If you’re interested this character is named Morgana De Vos
Who was an herbalist who helped villagers with her herbal remedies. Long story short she and her students were targeted during the Salem Witch trials of 1692 Morgana had been healing the injuries and ailments of a few villagers at the time and led multiple women to safety in covered wagons to nearby settlements. After letting herself get captured to buy her students freedom she played on the zealous townsfolk’s superstitions through a combination of throwing her voice and her naturally limber body to escape her bonds and escaping from them by setting off a small fire in the center of the town well. I hope everyone likes the end results as much as I do.

Hello I’m terribly sorry to the person who very kindly offered advice on this doll and equally kindly asked for an update I have been busy with other projects so this is the most recent but I am going to remove her wire and clay tail based on their suggestion and replace it with a soft one. I may try to find one of those Davy Crockett style fox skin caps for her tail. I’ll try to post her dress and her little fox feet once I’ve made them. The hardest part was her hat and her face but I love the results so far.

Hello everyone I was thinking about doing a gender bent cosplay of Wendy and things like the jeans, green flannel and the hat (it’s called an Ushanka) are things I either own or can get online. And a straight haired red wig will be pretty easy to find online as well. My question is, what kind of boots does Wendy wear? They look like either brown golashes with mud on the bottom or possibly brown leather hiking boots with the leather worn around the toes. I own a pair of mountain boots that are a khaki color so there’s always that but does anyone have any recommendations?

Hello everyone I spent two days customizing a Funko Pop to make a Carmelita Fox Pop. I used plumbers epoxy, clay, felt, hot glue and acrylic paint to make her. I chose to not sculpt her ponytail because it was as easier to not have one. Her Shock pistol is a small piece of craft foam glued to her hand. I used this amazing fan art as inspiration. Credit goes to artists Tallie and Gunhoundink Overall I’m mostly happy with my results though if I could do it again I would get a Pop with a female body, I used a male body that I added epoxy to give it a more feminine shape. I of course can’t put her in packaging because of her hair and tail so I just glued her to this wooden base. This is now the third thing I’ve made that’s Carmelita themed. Others being a bust of her and a doll. As well as several pieces of fan art I’ve drawn.

Hello everyone I’m not sure if custom Barbie type dolls are allowed but I figured I’d ask for advice. I took my Professor McGonnagal doll I’ve had for several years now and used off brand model magic to attempt to make it into my original sketch. She already had a good base for the witch hat so I added the clay on top of aluminum foil on the doll’s head. I know it looks like play-dough but it’s not. Anyway after painting her face and hair to match the drawing I’m gonna attempt to make her corset, robe and skirt. She has little high heeled boots already. The tail is aluminum foil supported by a wire. Any ideas/tips would be appreciated and constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated. I’m not an expert in sculpting so it’s not perfect.
