Due for an oil change NOW. But how far can I keep going?

Hit my 15,000 km mark (24 VW Tiguan) but have places to go and people to see. How many kilometers over the mark can I keep driving? I know you're technically not supposed to but we all do things we shouldn't.

Greasy hair question!!

Hey girls, guys, gays and theys. I've been washing my hair only twice a week for years. I find when I get out of the shower (non hair wash day with shower cap) my hair seems greasy! I'm assuming because water is getting in there/sweat from the heat?) I also think I got a smaller cap. Would getting a bigger one help any? Does anyone else have this issue?
