After a long offseason full of big moves, rumors and discussion, the Atlanta Hawks play basketball for the first time in 158 days!!!

Besides Mo and Henri, we have a clean injury report. So who are you most excited to see suit up tonight, and what are you looking to see out of the guys in their first game together after all the new additions?

If you guys could share some of your favorite anime’s to watch with someone else that’d be awesome! Obviously since I’m watching with others I would prefer ABSOLUTELY no fan service, but the main fan service I’m referring to is mainly referring to the clichés; lewd panty shots, boob grabs, stuff like that is a no go. The preference would be no explicit nudity or sexuality at all, that’s the biggest criteria.

I’m newer to anime, so the shows that I’ve watched by myself and with a group are Attack on Titan, Monster, Girls Last Tour.

The things that I’ve watched/am currently watching by myself are Gachiakuta, Vinland Saga, Samurai Champloo, Afro Samurai, 86, and a couple others that I can’t remember rn.

I’m open to pretty much any genre and length.

Thanks

Not big news, but kinda interesting in my opinion.

The Atlanta Hawks signed center Will Baker to an Exhibit 10 contract Monday.

Baker will join Atlanta for training camp and the preseason. After that, he is expected to land with the College Park Skyhawks, the Hawks' G League affiliate, for the upcoming G League season. Last season, Baker played for the Osceola Magic, the G League affiliate of the Orlando Magic. The 6-foot-11 center averaged 9.5 points on 62.7% shooting and 6.1 rebounds per game. He appeared in 43 games and averaged 18.6 minutes, shooting 37.5% from 3-point range and 71.2% from the free-throw line.

So I started a “you know what” (sub) r/nostalgiabacklog and I’m really proud of the concept, the problem is I’m not really trying to be a mod lol. I know what you guys are probably gonna say “if your not cut out to be a mod then this isn’t for you” I get that, but I really just made the sub to be a contribution to the greater Reddit community as a whole. I’m not really possessive of the sub, I just wanted to make it for others to enjoy because I thought it was a space that was lacking. If the answer is “you gotta do the work” then that’s fine, but do you guys have any other suggestions on how to basically share a sub? I’m not so much trying to say “hey look at what I made!” But more so trying to tell people about a cool restaurant or something you know? Honestly if anyone wants to be a mod or get in on the project then by all means hit me up, but like I said if the answer is what I expected then that’s cool too.

Thanks for any advice.

Y’all got the over or the under on JJ making across the board improvements?

2025-26 Season stats:
22.5 ppg
10.3 rpg
7.9 apg
13 Triple-Doubles

Based on the few snippets we’ve seen of what he’s been doing this offseason he seems more focused, his leadership capabilities have grown, and hopefully he learned that he needs to become more aggressive based off his playoff performance. I really think we could see him take that next step in becoming a true number 1, what do y’all think?

I don’t mean to spam, but like I said it’s dry in here and I’m bored so… (I might post another one before the day is over lol)

Seeing as though it’s pretty dry in here, our team seems to be pretty much set, and the season is far away enough that we’re bored enough to answer a question like this, what are y’all’s pre season predictions? Team success, individual players, breakout seasons, all stars, award candidates, hot takes, sneaky picks, what do y’all got?

I’m curious about y’all’s individual experiences and how much it varies. Does it usually last a few hours, a day, multiple days, etc., or is it pretty standard?
