My black hair came back some but now it's gone.

On my beard right on the chin and 2 inches wide and 1 inch high was 90 percent grey. I grew my beard out to a full inch took me 18 days and people commented on me having all this dark hair for my age. I knew in the mirror it looked like it all grew back mostly black. I was happy with the results. I had been getting 12 hours of sleep each night since July.

My stack was b12, biotin, fish oil, 4g copper. Copper water. Pumpkin seed oil. Sunflower lecithin. Magnesium malate. Added folate a week ago.

Got full custody of a child with challenges on Tuesday. Have not gotten over 3 hours of sleep any day this week. Today i "trimmed" the beard to 3/4". Saw a little bit of gray. 1/2" saw more gray. Down to 1/4" and the whole spot of newest growth is back grey

🙃🤢🤮🥵🥶 and maybe spread some more. I am devestated.

Anyway. Get your fucking sleep people!!

You have no chance at getting your hair back darker without proper rest. I also ran out of copper water. And added folate at the end which i always suspected caused my grey in the first place before. Even though it should be the opposite. Anyway. Grey is back. What else is new. Carry on.

Popular mechanics says emodin and physcion in foti reverse gray.

Research suggests that emodin and physcion are responsible for “hair-darkening” and “hair-nourishing” effects. On the other side of the coin, the authors believe that TSG has impressive regenerative effects, with studies showing “significantly increased” hair growth and length in mice.

May have been cured.

50yo male, I've tried everything over the past year for pain that includes frozen shoulder. Creams, lotions, heating pads, sounds, lmassage, acupuncture. No real improvement.

When I was a teenager I remember having girlfriends walk on my back after basketball. So I had my female friend About 5'8 , 260 pounds stand on the backside of my shoulder and middle of my back. I didn't think she would be so heavy lol. She stood on backside of the bottom edge of my shoulder with one foot and the middle of my spine with other foot and spun around in a circle. Anyway it's been 3 days and I haven't even noticed anything worth mentioning concerning shoulder pain since she stood on it.
