Yesterday, Roland Garros champion Mirra Andreeva made €2,800,000 in prize money, which is about $3.25 Million For Comparison, Aus Open Champion gets ~$2.8 Million, Wimbledon champion makes ~$4 Million and US Open Champion makes $5 Million. Roland Garros has the least prize money!

Roland Garros has the least prize money, the problem lies with % of rev share but also with revenue. RG with Aus Open makes less then $500 Million in revenue, while Wimbledon makes $500 - $525 Million, US Open stands out at $625 Million.
