Levier du vaisseau

Levier du vaisseau

A quoi sert ce levier à l'entrée du vaisseau, on peut l'activer une fois et après on ne peut plus le relever. Il n'a aucun effet et ne semble servir a rien

BIOS chip programming

I want to program a BIOS chip with this kit because Q-Flash no longer allows me to recover it. I would like to know if there are any special precautions to take and if someone can guide me on the procedure.

Kit: EEPROM 25CXX/24CXX, CH341A USB BIOS Programmer + SOIC8 Clip + 1.8V Adapter + SOIC8 Adapter for 24/25 Serial Flash

Bricked GIGABYTE motherboard

Motherboard: X670 Gaming X AX Rev 1.0

I have an old, bricked motherboard. This happened when I made the huge mistake of updating my BIOS using the motherboard software from within Windows.

I tried flashing the BIOS, but it didn't work. I used the Q Flash button with the file renamed to GIGABYTE.bin. The flashing process seems to proceed normally, but then I get stuck. Nothing happens, and the DRAM light stays on with two RAM sticks installed.

With only one stick, it stays on, then switches to VGA, then CPU, and it loops endlessly.

I've tried several BIOS versions, but there's no difference.

I also tried unplugging everything, cleaning the CMOS, removing the motherboard battery, and flashing it again immediately, but it didn't change anything.

I should point out that my RAM sticks work perfectly fine on other PCs.

Is it possible that the flashing process isn't working as expected for some reason, or that traces of the old BIOS remain despite the flashing? What should I do? I'm not a BIOS expert, so if anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.
