Please, for your own sanity pick a different ISP
I hope this review saves someone from the nightmare that is spectrum Internet service.
Spectrum is a trash company, predatory, liars and thieves. Avoid at absolutely all costs, I'm glad I have canceled my service with them and will happily pay more for a different provider.
Increased my Internet bill by 300%, while the Internet speeds have consistently gotten worse. I have been receiving random charges for equipment I never had. When I tried to explain my situation they insisted I have the equipment that I have never been in possession of. Have opened multiple tickets with them and have never had the issue resolved. They are now threatening to send me to send me to collections over said nonexistent equipment. How the hell am I supposed to prove that I don't have something? There was never a record of me renting said equipment, when I asked why the charges started appearing randomly they insisted a technician must have installed it. I installed all of the equipment myself when I moved and have never had a technician at my house. They have records of this and still insist I must have their wifi router. The only response I get is "that's strange" with no efforts to resolve. Charge and abuse the customer is the spectrum policy.
