Urgent help needed some scammer is threatening me

Hello guys I had got an request on Instagram and that person asked my number and said it’s urgent I thought it was fishy at first but then I thought my friends are pranking around this person called me and I just wanted to verify but somehow they linked my video to some bad stuff and is not threatening me that he will make it viral how should I help myself?
