Help me with a drone build

I want to build a drone for events, i already have an dji Air 3S. I want a second drone for fpv cinematic shots. It has to be able to carry a go pro, along with a digital camera with good range. I plan on making it carry wedding rings and scissors etc(100-200gms). I want a flight time of 10-15 mins while flying slow and for cinematic stuff.

I planned on a 3-3.5 inch cinewhoop initially. I am from india and My budget is about 1.3L includes budget for goggles and remotes (Not considering go pro and battery).

Recommend me parts even if i gotta go 5 inch, and i'd like to know which go pro is apropriate. Considered one of those USB C to 5V BEC's too but am confused
