Job advice

I just finished my finals three weeks ago and i got a job from one of the well known marketing agencies in TZ. Today, i got a call for a scheduled interview at a bank this Friday, Azania to be precise.
Where i currently work is challenging but I’m very adaptable and flexible, i like it to be honest despite it being only my third week working here.

If i get the banking job, what job do you think i should choose? Given the fact that i have no knowledge about banking but it’s the same as marketing too but I’m learning

Is this normal after bartholin cyst marsupialization

12 days ago, i had a marsupialization procedure done. It’s my first experience getting a bartholin cyst and God forbid i get a second one. Although i am kinda worried about my recovery. I feel like I’ve disrupted my healing process a number times. First, i used dettol for my wound( not directly), i used to pour a whole bottle top of the smallest bottle in a cup and poured it down there, then i used slightly hot sitz water for my sitz bath instead of fairly warm, then i got aroused on the 10th day post op, i went to university and some classes had me sitting for almost two hours straight on hard a wooden chair. I also walked long distance, about two kilometers, it’s been three days now since I started doin that (my normal routine before surgery). My follow up was supposed to be on Monday but I just got my period today. I’m so scared. I touched that spot slightly today and i’ve a bit of a firm lump. I’m so scared because what if i have it again and i only have 11 days to my final exams (bachelors degree) and im so scared. I wish i could post a picture of how it looked like in day 9 post op. The threads were almost completely loose and today i got very minimal drainage and my period is starting today. I honestly wouldn’t wish this to anyone. It’s draining both physically and mentally.

What does a truly effective relationship actually look like?

Hey everyone,

I want to open up a genuine, judgment-free discussion here. Forget the fear of being critiqued or side-eyed for your views — this is a space to think out loud.

If you were building the "perfect" relationship from scratch — call it an *effective* relationship rather than a perfect one, since perfection isn't realistic — what would it look like? What values, habits, or agreements would it be built on?

& is monogamy — or any relationship completely free of infidelity — actually achievable long-term? Or is it more of an ideal we chase than something people consistently live up to?

And if you think lasting fidelity *isn't* realistic for most people, what's the alternative? Or, what should we do in order to create effective relationships with our partners?

I'd genuinely love to hear from both men and women on this, let's be honest, respectful, and actually learn something from each other.

I feel like I have disrupted my healing process a number times. First, i used dettol for my wound( not directly), i poured a whole bottle top of the smallest bottle in a cup diluted with clean tap water and poured it down there, then i used hot water for my sitz bath instead of fairly warm for two days. I also got aroused on the 10th day post op. I have been attending university and some classes had me sitting for almost two hours straight on a hard wooden chair.
