which one to use, pls recommend

hello,
Im a painter. I only paint male nudes. I dont have models. I know anatomy rather well, experienced in perspectives, proportions etc. BUT I do like to have an image in front of me, when I start painting. Referencing, not copying it, makes my painting time more pleasant.

Years ago, when all this started, it was the era of 6 fingers, if u know what I mean. And only dressed subjects.
I do not want to create any deep fakes or any commercial stuff. But I do need to be able to ask the AI to place someone "a bit more turned to the right" or his butt more plump.
I see ai creations of very porn situations (not after that) that look 95% like photos. Which program would you recommend, and pls dont push me into high priced subscriptions or ones that are very difficult to cancel (MidJourney and another one I forgot were such traps) Also, there was one I used long ago, forgot which, where I could upload a photo/painting and ask to change something in it.
That's my whole list of needs. I asked Gemini but would like an opinion from a human as well. Thanks

container for translucent resin?

hello,
Id like to make cubic or cylindric objects. Inside I will place smaller figurines I made, place them like in a salad and then pour translucent resin. I see it became more affordable the whole process.
Any ideas of where to find such shapes and for which materials to opt? I live in the Netherlands so pls no American stores that I cant reach. Thanks

Paintings grow and grow and grow

It's easy to spot the sources of abstract art becoming larger and larger. Is there a limit to that? Can you make a small abstract painting and be taken seriously or even noticed?

do you paint for phones?

the title is silly but I do have a question: as a large number of people experience art on a computer screen (different gamma and luminosities), on a phone or "best of all" on a tv screen, do artists take that into account?
I'm certain that there have been disappointments when the original in the museum was not as luminous as the version watched on a screen. Or when you sell your work online, how do you warn the client that what they'll get is larger but not that bright?...

accumulating dust

Im a pre-cd guy and fan of several "weird" music, including KC.
Before the web we hit live shows, LP shops, bookstores. And I did buy some stuff... (have a pristine 1971 edition of the Skid Row with Gary Moore vinyl, he was 17 yo when he recorded it, recommended listening!)

I decided to trim down my collection of books and records.
I have a 2LP from the original boot press of the Oct 6th 1973 Texas show. It was one of the best boots at that time and even DGM used that one to release a cd of that show. Same boot, they admit it, no other dgm recording, which was a surprise, knowing RF recorded everything including his sister.

You can listen to the quality of the recording somewhere online. The LPs are just a bit dusty, LPs and books are my jewels. No scratches and probably I listened to it under say, 10x. Again, I was young, bands were touring, records were flooding the market so not much time for home time playing.

Msg for images and price (no extortionist here, just what a boot would sell for. Donno if I can post them here)

1990 book on Robert Fripp. Back in the day, when RF was hiding from press etc, this book was very well valued, researched, etc. I bought it when it came out and again, pristine copy.
I have pix and price for it, here's a link from someone, my book is as good as new and under that price. (search biblio in the uk, that's a seller I found)

I see young people got an interest in KC and some may want to dive under the dgm releases and merchandise.

Pls be decent when messaging. Not into unsolicited opinions. Images available.
Thanks

oil stick -stick pastel -stick pastel chalk?

Grr, the terms used constantly together in the Dutch language (even on amazon NL) do not help me in understanding what I'll buy. Can anyone pls help?
So, there are listings for:
- oil stick
-oil stick pastel (pastel is diff from just oil stick, right?)
-oil stick pastel chalk (krijt in dutch). I mean, what the chalk?...
