I get these funny videos but can get rid of the back ground . How can I just keep the actual video part and make it like a templet like capcut

My mower decided to just stop working the other day , and I’m no mechanic by any means . It will crank but won’t turn over , I have changed the carburetor, spark plug , air filter , fuel filter , fuel pump and still the same thing . It won’t start even with starter fuild spray. The selenode on the bottom of the carb click when turning it from on to off so I think that’s ok . I don’t know what else to do , any help would be great.

So years ago I thought I had vertigo as it came with bad dizziness twice in one year . Took the pills they gave me didn’t help as much . Fast forward to last year around march 25 I was taking an antibiotic and again came down with horrible dizziness thought it was the meds so I stopped . This feeling went on for about 4-6 months . Other symptoms came with sudden weakness , tiredness . Headaches behind the eyes only on one side . Legs hurting . A lot of the same symptoms as MS . I went to take ever test besides a spinal tap and both drs I went to was quick to rule out MS but were quick to push magrain meds on me . I don’t know if I believe them since the meds didn’t work also . The dizziness and other symptoms just kinda went away . They are coming back again now so I’m unsure if I should look for more testing . Does MS show up on first flare up ?
