Higher study options for btech. Biotechnology?

My qualifications are- I'm 12th passed out and dropper initially took drop for neet but all that scean is messed up so I'm thinking about doing btech in biotechnology. Afterwards I have plans to do mtech and then phd maybe. Is there any scope in this feild for future? How much I can expect to earn after studying for this long period of time? And is there any chance I'll end up going to abroad?? Which can be my niche on which I can work further on?

Genuine suggestions would mean a lot as I'm stuck btw choosing biotech and bpharma.

Is biotech good?

I was a neet aspirant but rn after all this mess (I took 1 yr drop too) I'm just frustrated and lowkey lost interest from all this neet, mbbs everything. I had pcmb in class 12 so is choosing biotech a good decision? I want to do msc and further opt for research oriented feild (that's what I want). Is it a right feild then? How is the job opportunites? And Heritage or Techno which will be a better college to opt for? And how much number should I score that I could get this college!?

Genuine suggestions are appreciated
