What is the current progression ceiling? (new player)

Ok so you just do ghosts instead of farming for levels, economies broken, list goes on

So even if we were to grant that the game is just an inflation ridden version of what it once was, how does this change the progression ceiling? I'm basically asking:

What do you do now? How does a new player progress as efficiently as possible, and what are they progressing towards?

BFGS, breaking chands, all of this feels very outdated, and I simply can't tell whether this is because the majority of the player base is past this point, or if these methods are outdated

if they are "past this point", what do they do now? Is it to get all the rarest items? get as rich as possible?

It's like a simultaneously broken game loop as well as a broken conclusion, what is the A to Z what does it consist of, in light of the inflation and bots?

Game is way to dead for there to be any youtube tutorials or guides on this, 99% of the remaining player base are veteran players, who also probably couldn't tell you, even if they wanted to

new player: fake ass pack

just started the game yesterday for the first time after hearing about it from a friend

just noticed how dumb shit like this is in the shop. I'm assuming the general rule of thumb is that if it isn't on the website it isn't in the game, this shit doesnt even exist, nothing happens when you press the green button on the bottom

(since the economy is very broken and i don't really know what I'm doing donations would be appreciated)

The two types of preventions of health anxiety, and why I believe it can be a systematic issue

I truly believe health anxiety is a biological and physiological , systematic mismatch in the bodies ability to differentiate between perceived and immediate danger. Let me explain why, starting with what actually logically prevents it, even in people supposedly more prone to it than others.

Ego:

The first line of defence a human being has to prevent health anxiety is ego, the genuine belief that they are simply not prone or vulnerable to disease, and even if they were, by some slithering chance, they would survive it anyway. This alone in my opinion is the main line of psychological defence the general population has against health anxiety.

“I simply don’t have it”:

Doctors would be the last people to fall under the ego category. Despite a lot of them very much having it, ALOT of them don’t, and they can see and understand, the most bubbly, innocent, energetic people are still prone to the most brutal diseases. Disease does not discriminate, and they by no means, are an exception to this fact as health care professionals. But upon studying, learning and understanding disease, they are aware of the severity of symptoms, the one thing the body rarely fails at, letting you know something’s wrong. I remember being on a phone call with the doctor, believing I had epiglottitis, due to my epiglottis suddenly becoming visible in the back of my throat for no apparent reason, (following a throat infection), in which the doctor said “if you had something like that, you would know”. Of course in theory, this would bring me peace, but it didn’t.

I began having health anxiety at the age of 16, never experiencing it before hand, until one day, the genuine belief i had contracted meningitis, resulted in a severe panic attack that left me awake in my bed for a week straight, with 0 sleep. It was the recognition of that genuine vulnerability that led to my ruin, and now i sufferer with generalised health anxiety because of it

But you were always aware of the existence of these things, before suddenly becoming terrified and obsessed with them? Why now? Why is it that you can psychologically look to the future, and by default, imagine yourself, alive and healthy, yet your body is reacting as if it believes it’s dying, it’s a physical manifestation of thoughts that you are actively aware are irrational and unjustifiable, as if you’ve cognitively separated from the natural ability that most conscious living organisms have, which is to not be obsessively morbid enough, to the point of physical deterioration, as that is a disease, in on of itself, which is why I believe health anxiety is a systematic issue, not cognitive. Or at least, very much both

What was it like the first time you panicked? Did you even panic at all? What was your diet like? Your lifestyle, before that point? Me personally, I had not left my house for 3 months before the panic attack and my diet consisted of glazed donuts and pot noodles, is it really safe to assume that had no effect? Can you remember points in your life where you thought “it could be a fatal” and didn’t actually react in that moment? Why? Is it because you didn’t actually believe you were dying, or because your belief system about death itself changed since then?

Why do we see patterns of negativity, anxiety, even conditions such as depression, in systematic issues and diseases. You are aware of the fact, that in in the midst of thinking your migraine is an aneurysm, it could be nothing more than dehydration, and you could suffer a seizure in that exact same moment simultaneously, yet you hyper fixate on a specific symptom, despite being aware that your body is inherently frail, weak and vulnerable. The first step in my opinion, is realising your body simply exists as it is, in the current moment, and until a symptom of something becomes so severe that it debilitated and destroys the other processes of your body, and their efficiency, it is to be ignored, religiously.
At some point, if your health anxiety diminishes, but your physical symptoms of panic, stress and worry don’t, this is the biggest sign, you have to target these symptoms individually rather than adress anything psychological, if there is nothing on your mind, don’t let anyone convince you there is, and vise versa

I don’t want a romantic partner, I’m just very horny

I mean?

I’m 18, and I randomly have these moments throughout the day where I internally panic a little bit because I think about how hard it is to find a women worthy of marriage, or if I’m worthy at all.

Then the post nut clarity hits and I think to myself, I really wouldn’t mind not having a partner.

I basically have enough experience and knowledge to know the ins and outs of the headache that having a girlfriend, or even being married is. But in the quest to not ejaculate, once I wake up from a wet dream or something, I realise, being alone isn’t so bad.

Is this some sort of advanced hyper sexuality? Where I’m down bad 24/7, so much so that it manifests as genuine desire for commitment, and attention? That disappears once it’s forcefully flushed out?

What is this ability?

Newbie here. What part of my weapons or equipment allows me to do this whirlpool thingy that freezes everything and makes it circle around me? I apologise if it’s right in front of my face I Geneuinly just can’t tell

Did I hit anything?

I apparently didn’t hit a single shot according to the game. Ash was full health. Upon further inspection it might be true

What do you guys think?

▲ 2 r/sleep

Anyone else use to sleep for 12+ hours and now barely manages 6?

I use to sleep naturally for 12-13 hours, I’m only 17 and I feel unwaveringly stressed out

If I slept at 1, I’d wake up at 1, 2, 2, 3, 3.
But now no matter what time I sleep I’m awake within 4-7 hours, with the most groggy unrested body of all time, and multiple night wakes

My life is genuinely so depressing because of this. I have no energy to do anything, I don’t enjoy things I use to anymore, I use to have this power through the fatigue mindset and eventually just burnt out and now I just spend everyday inside anxious and worried.

The dryness is insane as well. My eyes feel like someone’s pulling down on the skin underneath them as hard as they can, and my eyes are sticky and bloodshot all the time, every hour or two they begin to sting profoundly and I have to wash them with water.

I can’t do mid day naps either, my eyes literally pry themselves open, like I close them and 40 seconds later they slide open like they normally do when you actually just woke up. I keep dreaming every night to, and I wake up remembering every detail of the dream, black out till the morning is gone.

I’m thinking of getting onto sleep pills but I’m scared any pills for anxiety, depression or sleep will mess up my hormones more than they’re already cooked, there’s something physiological going on yet every blood test comes back normal.
Any advice?
