I need help on buying a pc within my budget of 1500-2500 Aed , a used or new one.
I just want a trusted place to buy like a good pc for the money, such as 2060 super and 3060 ti.
Any ideas or trusted websites or places? Also I live in Dubai

So I’ve been mostly at home for like 3 months and I finally started going out again trying to meet people,Met these 2 guys at a pavilion like 3 days ago One of them noticed my Pokémon shirt we talked a bit shook hands and I thought maybe I actually made some friends for once,Today I met them again and we hung out We played truth or dare since we didn’t have a ball but ngl I was kinda just quiet most of the time They were mostly talking to each other about their girls and stuff I didn’t really know anything about so I didn’t have much to say I tried making like one joke to fit in but it was kinda awkward,Later one of them had an e-bike and the other guy hopped on the back They asked if I wanted to come with them so I walked with them But the place was kinda far and I said I was getting tired and instead of slowing down or waiting a bit they just kept going and didn’t even look back,I just stopped following them and went home,Idk man it just felt kinda bad because it’s not even about the bike or anything more like they didn’t even check if I was still there
Maybe I’m overthinking it but i don’t what to really do is this my fault?

I installed a stupid program that didn’t work it was an exe file type I think and then after 2 days whenever in the users opening section whenever I open my user into the window the screen is black and it says in the lower bottom nividia control panel is not found did this fucking hacker wipe everything out?

Also when I bought it was like a bazaar place like it wasn’t in a store or anything it was local ones in the streets and when the owner tried to give me one of them they ran away from him and he agrissivly grabbed 2 of the budgies from me and I thought this was weird and he also give me the this cage the one is the right and yeah got them toys and stuff
