Is there an age limit on HRT

I just finished my 79th ride around the sun last month. Six months before that event I was feeling old and tired and looked tired and old. So I started a simple face routine for skincare and now look younger with a smoother skin. Eyes bags etc are gone. I am growing my hair out got some titanium ball studs I have various shades of lip shimmer that I apply and even a liquid matte blush pink lipstick.

I wear a bandeau bra with thin foam inserts, a thong and knee highs.

I am contemplating going on HRT, medically supervised through a support group.

I have no illusions that this will turn me into a supermodel. Nor will I be obsessing over passing, just acceptance that will be view as a woman who looks younger than her years.

Any ideas, comments, suggestion or experiences you care the share are welcome.

I have a bit of a mobility issue, one knee replacement and arthritis in my other hip. I have lost some weigh and that has made it easier for me to pull my socks on as I can more readily cross one leg over the other to put on a pair of socks.

So which way should I go? Can pantyhose be easily put on (I did wear them many years ago in my younger days) or just go with stockings one leg at a time.

Right now I have knee highs that are easy to put on.
