I tagged a friend on post on Insta he's in my class and he got angry and blocked me

He is my only friend in class(we met 1 year ago and became friends he has many but I have only one that too him),so yesterday I tagged him along with my other friends (they're my neighbourhood friends),then he said don't tag me or else our dosti will be over, bhaichara will be over and I'll block you,i thought he's joking and said Ok ttyl then he really blocked me from everywhere and i cannot contact him i said we can settle this and he's not willing to. I am bullied in class and he was the only one due to which I would go to school (whole class bullies me),now school will open soon what a great timing and i cannot leave school due to that shit LoC till my boards 2027 happen (in Class 10),pls suggest what I should do
