installing Openbox on Fedora hangs at the Dell logo with weird flickering
KDE Plasma logs in fine, but when i try to log into the Openbox session it just refuses to do anything. not even Control+Alt+F2/F3 works to try and get a TTY

So I'm on a laptop, and I've tried PXE boot, I've tried GRUB, I've tried booting from a .efi file and nothing works. i don't expect any solution to work at the moment but if anyone knows one it'd be a life saver
I'm on a Dell Latitude 7280 i7-6600U running CachyOS with Limine, looking to try out Fedora on bare metal (hence why i want to dual boot)
I know the ideal solution is just... getting a USB drive, and i would if i could
